Mindfulness has become who I am. I am more present in my life and attend to entirely to the task in hand rather than aspiring to multi-task with distracted attention, and so much more productive as I respond to all of life's challenges that we all face.
Moreover, I have developed a sense of diligence and oneness in each task I do as a solitary task, one that is purposeful not mundane.
